ORANGE JELLO MOLD 
2 pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

TOPPING: (opt.):

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream

Mix Jello, water, sherbet, pineapple and mandarin oranges. Let it congeal 45 minutes.

TOPPING: Cook all ingredients in a double boiler until thick. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Put on top of congealed Jello.
