APPLESAUCE STREUSEL LOAF 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. oats, uncooked
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. raisins
1 can chunky applesauce
1/2 c. sugar (white)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

STREUSEL:

1/4 c. oats, uncooked
1 tbsp. butter, softened but not melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar

ICING:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. For loaf, combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins, set aside. Combine remaining loaf ingredients, mix well. Add flour mixture just until moistened. Pour into pan.

Mix all streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over loaf, pressing gently. Bake 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes, cover top with foil to hold streusel; remove from pan. Remove foil, cool on wire rack. Mix icing ingredients until smooth, drizzle over top.
