ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Cream oil, butter and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk. Stir in grated zucchini. Pour into greased 9x13 inch cake pan, sprinkle with chips and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for about 50 minutes.
