BROCCOLI STIR FRY 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. fresh grated ginger root OR
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Wash broccoli; cut off florets. Peel stems, slice 1/4-inch thick. In large skillet or wok heat oil. Stir fry broccoli 5 minutes until crisp tender.

In small bowl combine soy sauce, cornstarch, honey, ginger, and hot sauce. Pour over broccoli. Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in almonds.
