CELERY SLAW 
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
3 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots

Combine sugar, salt, paprika, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Slowly stir into sour cream. Add to celery and carrots. Toss lightly. Serves 6.
