CELERY-BROCCOLI COMBO 
6 c. celery, cut diagonally into thin slices
4 c. broccoli flowerets & 1/2 inch stem slices
2 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 inch slice fresh ginger
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oil in wok or large non-stick frying pan.

Add garlic and ginger. Cook on low heat, remove from pan and discard.

Add celery and broccoli, and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add onion slices, soy sauce and pepper.

Stir-fry until vegetables are barely tender. They should still be crisp.
