1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 pkg. lemon or vanilla frosting mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of 9 x 13 inch pan. In large bowl, mix first 3 ingredients. Press into pan. In large bowl, mix frosting mix and cream cheese; set aside 1/2 for top. Add eggs to remaining mixture. Beat 3 to 5 minutes. Spread over base and bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost with topping.
