3 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients first. Then add liquid ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in 13"x9"x2" greased and floured pan.
