1 c. dried apricots, chopped
1 c. prunes, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. coconut (optional) - use instead of spices

Boil apricots and prunes in water for three minutes. Add butter and raisins and let cool. Mix flour, soda, salt, eggs, nuts, spices, coconut, and vanilla. Add to fruit mixture. Stir to blend. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
