SELF-ICING ANISE COOKIES 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. anise oil

Beat eggs, very stiff. Add sugar gradually, beating continuously. Add flour and anise oil, beating still more. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Let stand overnight. Bake 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees. White icing appears on top of cookies.
