SEAFOOD LASAGNA | |
1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. garlic 1/2 c. flour 2 c. milk 2 c. chicken broth 2 c. Mozzarella, shredded 1/2 c. onions 1 tsp. dried basil 9-10 uncooked lasagna noodles 1 c. cottage cheese 1 c. crab meat 1 c. sm. shrimp, drained 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Melt butter over low heat, add garlic. Add flour, stirring constantly until bubbly; remove from heat. Add milk and broth; heat to boil, stirring. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in Mozzarella cheese, onions, basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat, add cheese. Stir until melted. In ungreased rectangular baking pan, add 1 cup of cheese sauce. Top with 3-4 noodles. Spread cottage cheese. Top with noodles. Add cheese sauce and crab meat and shrimp. Top with noodles then cheese sauce. Repeat as many times as necessary. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting. |
