VEGETARIAN BURGER LOAF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic
1 can vegetarian burger
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. finely chopped cashews
1/4 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Melt butter in skillet and add onions, celery, green peppers, and garlic. Cover and cook until tender, but not brown. Mix with rest of ingredients. Bake in greased pan at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serves 6.
