A. J.'S MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. finely chopped dill pickles
1/2 med. chopped onion
8-10 chopped olives with juice
2-3 ribs celery, finely chopped
3/4 qt. mayonnaise
8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2-3 chopped tomatoes
Paprika

Follow directions for cooking macaroni; add 1 tablespoon oil to boiling water; do not over cook! Drain, rinse in cool water. Mix pickles, onion, olives, celery, add to macaroni; let sit 15-20 minutes to absorb flavor. Add mayonnaise and bacon. Before serving add tomato and sprinkle with paprika.
