EASY CRUST CHICKEN PIE 
1 fryer, boiled and deboned
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 1/4 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Place chicken in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix broth and soups together. Pour vegetables over chicken. Pour broth and soup mixture over vegetables. Mix flour, milk, melted butter and salt and pepper together. Pour over top. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
