ORANGE VELVET 
1 (6 oz.) Keebler ready crust butter flavored pie crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 c. hot water
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. whipped cream
Mandarin oranges

IN small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in hot water. In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture. Refrigerate until almost set. Fold whipped cream into gelatin mixture. Turn into crust. Garnish with mandarin oranges and whipped cream. Chill 3 hours or until served.
