MEAT ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion to taste
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Mix up 1 batch of Bisquick biscuits
Brown gravy

Brown meat, onion and spices. Drain and cool. Roll dough 1/4 inch thick, rectangular shape. Spread meat on dough. Roll like jelly roll. Bake 45 minutes or until brown at 375 degrees. Serve with gravy on top, cottage cheese and green beans.
