PARTY QUICHES 
3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. all-purpose flour

MIXTURE:

1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
6 green onions, chopped
7 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

FILLING:

1 c. heavy cream
2 eggs, beaten

Crust: Mix all ingredients. Chill dough. When ready to bake, make tiny balls of dough and press into greased miniature muffin tins.

Mixture: Combine ingredients. Put small amount of mixture into each crust.

Filling: Scald cream and mix with eggs. Pour 1 tsp. of filling over each quiche. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Can freeze. If frozen bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.

Makes 24 individual quiches.
