CRUNCHY CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. sweet pickle relish
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Lettuce
Paprika

Make a salad dressing in large bowl with mayonnaise, milk, mustard, and seasonings. Chop 2 of the eggs and cut remaining 2 into quarters and set aside to chill. Add chopped eggs, pickle relish, onion, celery, and chicken to dressing. Toss until combined. At serving time, toss with chow mein noodles, place on shredded lettuce; garnish with remaining hard boiled eggs and paprika. Excellent for luncheons.
