LAYERED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chopped cooked chicken
2 c. lettuce
1 c. cooked rice
10 oz. thawed peas
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 c. thinly sliced cucumber
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped

Layer 1/2 of chicken and all lettuce in 3 quart bowl. Combine rice, peas and parsley. Spoon over lettuce. Layer tomatoes, cucumber, peppers and remaining chicken. Spoon dressing over top. Chill 8 hours.

DRESSING:

Mix together.

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. pickle relish
2 tsp. nuts (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
