CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter

Heat to boil.

Stir in flour (low heat) for 1 minute.

Take off heat. Beat in eggs until smooth. Drop 1/4 cup 3 inches apart (can make smaller ones). Heat at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes (watch time for smaller ones). Cut off top, pull out uncooked dough. Fill and replace top.

FILLING:

Chocolate pudding
Cool Whip

TOPPING:

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk (hot)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend in blender. Pour over top of puff.

Can make puffs smaller and add tuna salad or whatever you want.
