FESTIVE MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
Approximately 1 qt. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper, if desired
1 boiled egg

Boil macaroni according to directions. Add green pepper, tomato, garlic and mustard. Add mayonnaise and boiled egg, then mix well gently. Can be garnished with sliced egg, green pepper rounds or parsley. Refrigerate until used.
