FESTIVE VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut or broken in bite size pieces
1 head broccoli, cut or broken in bite-size pieces
8 to 10 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. radishes, sliced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, diced
1 (2.3 oz.) can sliced olives
2 med. carrots, sliced thin

DRESSING:

1 (4 oz.) carton chive dip
4 oz. Seven Seas creamy Italian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Mazola oil

Toss together all ingredients 1 hour or so before serving and add dressing, this makes a large salad and is delicious.
