FESTIVE CORNBREAD SALAD | |
6 c. crumbled cornbread 2 c. mayonnaise 2 lg. tomatoes, diced 1 lg. green pepper, chopped 3/4 c. chopped green onion 3/4 c. chopped pecans 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced pimento, drained Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings. |
