2 c. sugar
10 marshmallows
1 tbsp. butter
6 oz. canned milk or cream

PART II:

1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cook Part I six minutes from the time it starts to boil, stir constantly. Add Part II and mix well until chips are dissolved. Pour into 8x8 pan.
