2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Carnation milk
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

In a heavy pan, bring sugar and milk to a boil and boil for 6 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into buttered 8x10 pan.
