SOUR CREAM RAISIN BARS 
1 3/4 c. oatmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter

Mix like pie crust, save 1 1/2 cups crumbs for topping. Pat the other crumbs in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch
2 c. sour cream
2 c. raisins

Boil over low heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until thick. Pour over baked crust. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
