CRAB RANGOON SPREAD WITH WON TON CRACKERS | |
20 won ton squares 3 to 4 tbsp. butter, melted grated Parmesan cheese 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 tbsp. milk 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 6 oz. crabmeat or crab flavored seafood (if canned, rinse and drain) 1 tbsp. chopped parsley or green onion sweet and sour sauce Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly brush cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut won ton squares in half. Arrange rectangles in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Cool on paper towels. Repeat with remaining won ton squares. Place cream cheese in glass bowl and soften in the microwave on High power 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder. When well blended, stir in crabmeat and parsley. Heat 1 to 3 minutes longer until heated. Spread mixture in shallow serving dish. Top mixture with sweet and sour sauce or have on side. Serve heated spread with won ton crackers. |
