CRAB RANGOON SPREAD WITH WON TON
CRACKERS

20 won ton squares
3 to 4 tbsp. butter, melted
grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 oz. crabmeat or crab flavored seafood (if canned, rinse and drain)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley or green onion
sweet and sour sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly brush cookie sheet with melted butter. Cut won ton squares in half. Arrange rectangles in prepared pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown. Cool on paper towels. Repeat with remaining won ton squares. Place cream cheese in glass bowl and soften in the microwave on High power 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in milk and garlic powder. When well blended, stir in crabmeat and parsley. Heat 1 to 3 minutes longer until heated. Spread mixture in shallow serving dish. Top mixture with sweet and sour sauce or have on side. Serve heated spread with won ton crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
