EGGNOG CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. eggnog
1/2 c. soft butter

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Blend well at low speed. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.
