JELLO EGGNOG CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. eggnog 1/2 c. soft butter Grease and flour two 9 inch layer pans. Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl, beat 1 minute at low speed. Pour into pans and bake at 350 for 25- 30 minutes, until cake springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool and frost. EGGNOG BUTTER CREAM FROSTING: 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. eggnog 2/3 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla |
