PESTO SAUCE 
1 c. fresh basil leaves, packed tightly
1/4 c. parsley sprigs
1/4 c. olive oil
1 to 2 garlic cloves
Pinch of salt
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/3 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Puree all ingredients in a food processor. If sauce is too thick add a bit move olive oil.

This sauce can be used over pasta, potato salad or as a spread on bread or crackers.
