IDAHO POTATOES SUPREME 
8 med. potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 green onions, chopped with tops
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 bay leaves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook potatoes with skins on with bay leaves until almost done. Cool, peel, and grate coarsely. Add all other ingredients to potatoes in baking dish. Save out about 1/2 cup milk to top potatoes. Bake uncovered 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with remaining cheese and 1/2 cup corn flakes.
