SOUTH IDAHO CHILI 
2 (1 qt.) cans cooked red kidney beans
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
1 lg. yellow onion
5 cloves garlic
5 tbsp. chili powder
Salt to taste
Ground red pepper to taste

Saute onion, minced. Add ground beef. Stir in chili powder, salt, garlic (pressed), ground red pepper. Add stewed tomatoes, then kidney beans. Cook on low heat for at least 1 hour, the longer the better. Keep sauce from going dry. Gets better day by day; try not to eat all at once.
