IDAHO POTATO CAKE | |
1 c. butter, softened 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 c. cold mashed potatoes 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. flour 1/4 c. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. milk 1 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, beating well. Blend in potatoes and vanilla. Combine flour, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add with milk, beating well. Stir in nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes in 9x13 inch pan. |
