IDAHO POTATOES ON THE HALF SHELL | |
6 med. potatoes 2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. grated onion Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. salt Buttered crumbs or can use chopped bacon Scrub potatoes and parboil for 20 to 30 minutes or until nearly cooked through. Split partially cooked potatoes lengthwise into halves. Spread each half with mustard, onion, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and salt. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake in very hot oven, 450 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until potato is completely cooked and crumbs are brown. Serves 6. |
