RICE SALAD 
3 or 4 green onions, chopped (use green ends as well)
1/2 c. shredded salad mixture (purple & green cabbage, carrots)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cooked peas (frozen)
1/2 c. shredded meat (turkey, chicken or tuna)
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Increase or decrease ingredients to taste.

Mix in large bowl: cooked rice, green onion and salad mixture. Gradually add seasonings: garlic salt and pepper. Add shredded meat or tuna. Toss. Add green peas. Toss. Add mayonnaise only to moisten salad.
