MARINATED VEGETABLES 
Head of cauliflower, in florets
3 or 4 stalks celery (opt.)
Head of broccoli, florets & stems sliced into coins
Bunch (1 lb. or more) carrots, sliced into coins
Bunch of green onions, chopped
Canned or fresh mushrooms
1 lb or more salad (fake) crab
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 lg. bottle Zesty Italian dressing
Ground black pepper to taste

Put all ingredients together and marinate, preferably overnight. Serves 8 to 10 as a salad.
