CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. hot coffee
4 eggs, uncracked
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. brandy or rum (optional)
Whipped cream

Blend chips on medium speed of blender for 10 seconds. Scrape down the sides of blender with spatula. Add hot coffee. Blend at medium speed 10 seconds. Add eggs, sugar and rum or brandy. Blend 30 to 45 seconds. Pour in 6 glasses. Refrigerate several hours. Garnish with whipped cream.
