CARAMEL CORN (Microwave) 
4 qts. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Combine brown sugar, butter, syrup and salt in a 2 quart dish. Place in microwave. Bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove. Add soda, mix well.

Put popcorn in a heavy brown paper grocery bag. Pour syrup over popcorn, seal bag. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes, remove. Shake well. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes, remove. Shake. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes, remove, shake. Pour into shallow pan. Break apart. Store in a sealed container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
