PLUM CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tbsp. red food color
1 c. chopped nuts
2 jars baby food plums

Combine all dry ingredients, mix well and set aside. Combine all liquid ingredients, mixing well. Mix all ingredients and pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour at 325 degrees.

Drizzle with frosting made with 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tbsp. lemon juice while cake is still warm if frosting is desired.
