VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs or Durkee French fried onions
Dash of pepper

Bake at 350 degrees. Put vegetables in microwave with about 1 or 2 teaspoons water and cook for about 3 minutes. Mix all other ingredients and pour over vegetables in baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs or onions on top after cooking casserole for about 30 minutes. Bake about 5 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
