TURKEY OR CHICKEN SALAD 
1 qt. cooked, bite-size turkey or chicken
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 lb. seedless grapes, 1/2 red and 1/2 green
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can seeded Royal Ann Cherries, drained

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. lite mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine salad ingredients. Add dressing and mix well.
