CHUTNEY/CHICKEN SALAD | |
4 c. diced chicken 2 cans (13 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained 2 c. diced celery 1 c. sliced green onion 1/2 c. toasted almonds 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chopped chutney 1 tsp. curry powder 2 tsp. grated lime 1/4 c. lime juice 1/2 tsp. salt Combine first five ingredients. Combine next 6 ingredients and stir into chicken mixture. Serve on bed of greens. Serves 8. |
