POUND CAKE WITH WHIPPING CREAM | |
1 stick real butter 1 stick "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" 3 c. sugar 6 lg. eggs 3 c. plain flour 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add 1/2 of the flour; add 1/2 of the cream. Mix well; add remaining flour and cream. Add vanilla extract. Pour in greased and floured tube pan. Put it in cold oven. Bake at 300 degrees about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Turn out on wire rack of serving plate to complete cooling. |
