WHIPPING CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream, unwhipped
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat sugar and butter together; add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and whipping cream alternately; then add vanilla. The longer you beat this cake, the better it is. (I beat batter 7-8 minutes.) Bake at 325 degrees or 350 degrees approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes in a greased, floured tube pan.
