5 SPICE CHINESE CHICKEN 
5-6 large chicken breasts
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 cup soy sauce

Preheat oven to 375F. Wash chicken under cold water, drain well. In a large bowl combine soy sauce, onions, garlic and ginger, mix well. Add chicken in mixture, make sure chicken gets coated well. Marinate chicken 30-45 minutes. Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish. Combine cinnamon, cloves, and pepper, mix well and sprinkle over chicken.

Bake 30 minutes covered, remove cover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
