BEEF 'N BISCUIT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce with mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. Wesson oil

Brown beef in skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Drain fat. Add Hunt's sauce, salt, and chili powder. Heat.

Combine biscuit mix, milk, Wesson. Knead on floured board. Pat half the dough in 9-inch pie pan. Pour in hot filling. Pat out remaining dough and place over filling. Crimp edge and slit top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
