CHEESECAKE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar (little less)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put on vanilla wafers. Fill 1/2 full. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put on cream cheese mixture. Bake 5 minutes.

NOTE: These are great and easy to make. Use midget foil cupcake liners and small vanilla wafers. Yield: 36 midgets, 72 tiny, or 1 small pie plate.
