1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. (3/4 stick) butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (3 foiled wrapped bars) Nestle Premier white baking bars, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Cherry pie filling, optional

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press evenly into bottom and 1 inch up sides of 9 inch springform pan; refrigerate.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in melted white chocolate and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until center is set. Cool completely. Loosen edge from pan, refrigerate until serving. Top with cherry pie filling.
