BEER CHUCK ROAST | |
4-5 lb. chuck or other roast 12 oz. bottle beer 1/2 c. brown sugar 14 oz. bottle ketchup Mix together beer, brown sugar and ketchup. Place roast in Dutch oven over stove. Pour mixture over roast and bring to a boil. Then simmer, covered, over low heat for 4-5 hours. |
