NORWEGIAN PANCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour (sifted)
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat 2 eggs and fold in. Add milk until desired consistency. Melt 1/4 cup butter, add in. For thinner pancakes, add more milk. Use cast iron pan, prebuttered, grease pan well after each pancake.
